Reasons for Amendment of Articles of Incorporation: Re. amendment of Article 2: To ensure the objectives stated in the Articles of Incorporation align with the diversification of the group's business. Re. amendment of Article 3: The company's principal place of business is to be changed from its present location in Chuo-ku, Osaka, to Tokyo Headquarters in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, which will undertake to further facilitate the expansion of the group's business and smoother operations, and to further focus efforts on the pursuit of business. This amendment is to take effect on April 1, 2025, and supplementary provisions have been included to this effect. The supplementary provisions will be deleted on the date on which that amendment takes effect. Following the change in principal place of business, the company's current Osaka headquarters in Chuo-ku, Osaka, will continue to operate as a branch office until January 2026, when Osaka location will be moved to Inogate Osaka in Kita-ku, Osaka.
