For the period, the company expects net sales of JPY 149,000 million, operating profit of JPY 8,000 million, profit attributable to owners of parent JPY 6,000 million and earnings per share of JPY 53.81 against previous guidance of net sales of JPY 137,000 million, operating profit of JPY 5,700 million, profit attributable to owners of parent JPY 4,100 million and earnings per share of JPY 36.80. Reason for revision: With regard to the earnings forecast for the current fiscal year, the company revised its financial results forecast upwards due to the fact that many large-scale projects are currently underway in the Specialty Store market, which handles many overseas brand stores, the Commercial Facilities market, which is promoting projects related to urban redevelopment, and the Exposition and Creative Event market, which is working on projects related to the Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai, which is scheduled to be held in April 2025. In terms of profits, the company also expect to exceed the previous forecast for each profit item due to the increase in net sales.
