Vision Inc. has opened another new store in the departure lobby of Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 following its renovation to delivery and accept applications for "GLOBAL WiFi," a Wi-Fi router rental service for overseas, and "NINJA WiFi," a Wi-Fi rental service for visitors to Japan. Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 is wide from north to south, and the previous one-store system made it difficult for customers to find. Vision Inc. will open stores in the ‘East Gate Zone’ and the ‘West Gate Zone’ at EXPO 2025 OSAKA, KANSAI, JAPAN (hereinafter the Expo), which will be held from April. Vision Inc. has begun "Smart Pickup" Locker service for "NINJA WiFi," a Wi-Fi rental service mainly for visitors to Japan, allowing customers to pick up rental devices without waiting in line at the counter. The service began accepting applications on January 30 and customers can pick up their devices from January 31. Since the launch of its service, "NINJA WiFi®" has installed touchpoints at various locations across Japan, mainly at airports, where customers can pick up rental devices. Vision Inc. opened its "GLOBAL WiFi®?" store in the Access Hall on the first floor of the Fukuoka Airport's International Passenger Terminal Building, which was expanded on December 3 to improve convenience and comfort for travelers. The international terminal at Fukuoka Airport will have its grand opening on March 28, 2025, after approximately three years of expansion and renovation work. "Support for Finding Valuables" is a service that helps users find their passports, wallets, and other valuable items when they lose them while traveling abroad. The service has already been in operation with "NINJA WiFi," a Wi-Fi rental service for visitors to Japan. By inserting a "contact card" with a "THISIS (1)" QR code (2) into the passport like a bookmark in advance, the person who finds the lost item can contact Vision's multilingual call center via toll-free call and chat without giving his/her cell phone number. When the company receive a report of a lost item, the company ask the finder to leave it at a public institution such as a hotel or a police station. After confirming the location of the item, the company will contact the user and support until the user is able to retrieve it.
