Itoki Corporation revised reported dividend of JPY 75 per share as compared to JPY 55 a year ago for the period of Fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 as previously announced of JPY 68 per share, payable on March 26, 2026. Reason for the Dividend Increase The Company regards shareholder returns as one of its key management priorities and has adopted a basic policy of providing stable and continuous dividends while comprehensively considering its financial performance, the enhancement of internal reserves, and future business development from a long-term perspective. In line with this policy, and after taking into account business performance and the dividend payout ratio, among other factors, the Company has decided to increase the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, to ¥75 per share, an increase of ¥7 from the most recent dividend forecast of ¥68, reflecting the strong performance during the fiscal year.
