TAIHEI KOSAN Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of Midac Holdings Co., Ltd., has decided to adjust its existing Controlled landfill site (Otsukayama Clean Center) in order to increase its landfill capacity. The increase in landfill capacity has been completed and operations have commenced at two existing landfill sites (Enshu Clean Center and Hamanako Clean Center) held by MIDAC Co., Ltd., consolidated subsidiary. At TAIHEI KOSAN Co., Ltd., which became a subsidiary in April 2025 as part of a support-type M&A, restrictions on waste intake had been continued due to construction work on the third landfill site's 7h dam section since the company became a subsidiary, but intake was able to resume from November 2025. In order to respond to landfill demand in the Kanto area, where waste generation is high, the company have decided to make specific adjustments toward the establishment of a 4th landfill site at TAIHEI KOSAN Co., Ltd. (Otsukayama Clean Center), utilizing the experience and track record company has cultivated thus far. Although this project is a medium-to long-term installation plan, the planned increase in landfill capacity is approximately 1,300,000?, and the permitted capacity after the increase is expected to be approximately 4,330,000?. Midac Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that with respect to the new Water treatment facility announced in the "Notice Concerning Issuance of New Shares and Offering of Shares (Supplementary Materials)" on January 7, 2022, MIDAC, a consolidated subsidiary, was issued the Industrial Waste treatment Business License and the Specially Controlled Industrial Waste treatment Business License (addition of facilities to be used for business) on March 13, 2026. As announced in the "Notice Concerning Issuance of New Shares and Offering of Shares (Supplementary Materials)" on January 7, 2022, MIDAC, a consolidated subsidiary, planned to establish a new Water treatment facility in order to increase treatment capacity of the existing Water treatment facility and respond to the aging of the water treatment facility. Subsequently, with the receipt of the installation permit from Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, on July 24 2024, construction work has proceeded to date. With the completion of this construction project, an application for pre-use inspection of the industrial waste treatment facilities was submitted in accordance with the provisions of Article 15-2, Paragraph 5 of the Waste treatment and Public Cleansing Law (including the cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 15-2-6, Paragraph 2 of the Law). A notification of pre-use inspection confirmation of the industrial waste treatment facilities was received from Hamamatsu City as of February 16, 2026. Following administrative review, an industrial waste treatment business permit was issued on March 13, 2026. The issuance of the permit has made it possible to start business, and preparations for the start of operations at the facility in April 2026 are underway. The facility plans to add "oxidation-reduction" as a new treatment method, and it is scheduled to be added to the permit upon completing the necessary procedures. The facility is named Miyakoda Techno Plant and is located at No. 104-10, 1-chome, Shinmiyakoda Hamana-ku, Hamamatsu, Shizuoka. The type of facility is Intermediate treatment Facilities (Water treatment). The types of industrial waste handled include waste acid, waste alkali, sludge, waste oil, corrosive waste acid, corrosive waste alkali, specified hazardous sludge, specified hazardous waste acid, specified hazardous waste alkali. The treatment capability includes Dewatering facility 191.47 m3/day (24h), 432 m3/day (24h), Neutralization facility, decomposition facility for cyanide compounds 280 m3/day (24h), Neutralization facilities 320 m3/day (24h), Oil and water separation facility 120 m3/day (24h), 180 m3/day (24h). The date of License (Addition of Facilities to Be Used for Business) is February 17, 2026. The scheduled start of operation is April, 2026. The impact of this matter on consolidated results for the fiscal year under review will be reflected in the forecast for the Year ended March 31, 2027.

Midac Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that as on March 13, 2025 in "Notice Concerning Filing of Appeal against Midac and Application for Acceptance of Appeal" with respect to the lawsuit for the cancellation of treatment for permitting the installation of facilities in Controlled landfill site Okuyama-No-Mori Clean Center in Hamamatsu City, Hamana Ward, operated by MIDAC Co., Ltd.,(MIDAC), a consolidated subsidiary of MIDAC HOLDINGS CO.,LTD.(the"Company"), the company received the service of the Notice of Filing of Appeal, Notice of Acceptance on March 11, 2025, the Notice of Acceptance of Appeal, and the Letter of Appeal and Application for Acceptance of Appeal. The Supreme Court dismissed the final appeal on December 24, 2025, and decided not to accept the final appeal against the filing of this final appeal and the petition for acceptance of the final appeal. The details are as follows. Location and the date of the rejection of the final appeal and the petition for acceptance. (1) Court: The Supreme Court. (2) Decision date: December 24, 2025. Subsequently, the appellants filed an appeal on the grounds that they were dissatisfied with all of the judgments rendered by the Shizuoka District Court on February 29, 2024. As announced in the February 12, 2025, "Notice Concerning the Judgment of the Suit for the Revocation of treatment for the Permission of Establishment of Facilities (the Court of Second Instance)", the Tokyo High Court rendered a judgment to dismiss all of the appeals in this case and that the appellants shall bear the costs of the appeal. However, on February 26, 2025, the appellants filed a petition for the filing of a final appeal and the acceptance of a final appeal, alleging that they are dissatisfied with the whole of the judgment of the appellate instance, and the Supreme Court recently filed a petition for the filing of a final appeal with the court of the last resort, and the following "4. Details of the decision (summary)" The final appeal was dismissed, and the decision of non-acceptance of the final appeal was made, as stated in the statement.
