Hiroshi Tsuchiya, born on July 14, 1967, will be appointed Executive Officer and General Manager of the Plant Construction & Engineering Business (PCEB) Group effective April 2026. He began his career with the company in April 1988 and went on to serve as Deputy General Manager of the PCEB Group in 2017, General Manager of the same group in 2021, and later as Deputy Administration Officer and General Manager of the PCEB Group in 2024, leading to his new executive appointment. Effective April 1, 2026, Noriyuki Eto will assume the role of Senior Manager, Railway Engineering, Railway System Engineering Group, transitioning from his previous position as General Manager, Railway Engineering Division, T&D Facilities Engineering Division, Social & Railway System Engineering Group.
