In light of the expansion of local production of optical products in India, the Company has established a subsidiary to strengthen its customer service capabilities and expand sales in the country. The Company also intends to consider local manufacturing of its systems and parts in the future. Name Optorun India Private Limited. Business Manufacture and sale of optical thin-film deposition systems and vacuum coating machines, customer service, parts processing and sales, etc. Capital INR 170 million (approximately JPY 300 million). Date of establishment September 1, 2026. The new subsidiary is a specified subsidiary of the Company. Business: The Company plans to sell optical thin-film deposition systems and vacuum coating machines, etc., to the new subsidiary, and to outsource maintenance service operations to it. The Company may also outsource the manufacture of its systems and parts to the subsidiary in the future.
