Daiki Aluminium Industry Co., Ltd. revised second quarter-end and year-end dividend guidance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027. For the second quarter-end, the company now expects to pay a dividend of JPY 45.00 per share as compared to JPY 35.00 per share previously forecasted. For the year-end, the company now expects to pay dividend of JPY 45.00 per share as compared to JPY 35.00 previously forecasted. With regard to ordinary dividends, the Company's basic policy is to provide stable and continuous returns to shareholders, using a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30% and DOE of approximately 3% as benchmarks, while comprehensively taking into account the optimal equity level, the investment environment, and the method of reflecting short-term increases in earnings, among other factors. Previously, dividends for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, had been forecast at JPY 35 per share at the end of the second quarter and JPY 35 per share at the fiscal year-end. However, in light of the steady progress of business performance, the Company has decided to revise the dividend forecast to JPY 45 per share at the end of the second quarter and JPY 45 per share at the fiscal year-end. As a result, the annual dividend per share is expected to be JPY 90, including the interim dividend of JPY 45 per share.
