GREE Holdings, Inc. revised its consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. For the year, the company expects consolidated net sales of JPY 57,000 million compared to previous guidance of JPY 51,000 million, while consolidated operating profit remains unchanged at JPY 3,900 million. The actual consolidated results for the previous fiscal year ended June 30, 2026 were net sales of JPY 51,324 million and operating profit of JPY 4,026 million. Reason for the Revision: Consolidated net sales are expected to exceed the previous forecast. This is primarily because net sales in the Live Entertainment Business segment are projected to increase by approximately 6,000 million yen following the consolidation of RINDO Entertainment Inc. as a subsidiary, which was announced today in the "Notice Regarding Additional Acquisition of Shares of RINDO Entertainment Inc. (Making it a Consolidated Subsidiary)." Meanwhile, the forecast for consolidated operating profit remains unchanged from the previous announcement, as the impact on consolidated operating profit is currently expected to be limited when taking into account M&A-related expenses and other costs associated with this share acquisition. (Note) The above forecasts are based on information available as of the date of publication of this document, and actual results may differ from these forecasts due to various factors.
